Dear clients, As of Thursday May 7th at 2:15pm Governor Dewine has announced that all salons will reopen on May 15th 2020 but I wanted to give a list of requirements and guidelines that clients will have to take upon your arrival. These steps are State Board and Sola Salon requested and clients will have to follow to receive a service. 1. Clients will need to provide their own mask before arrival. I’ll be trying to purchase extras for clients that haven’t had any luck finding them. Doesn’t have to be fancy or expensive, as long as it’s something that allows me to still cut or color your hair. 2. Salon doors will be locked, and I will need up 15-25 mins between services to properly sanitize and disinfect my space. So upon your arrival feel free to shoot me a text and wait in your car til I respond and meet you at the door. 3. I’ll be also checking people’s temperatures with a no touch thermometer, anything over 99.5 will be kindly asked to reschedule for a later time(I’ll be doing this to myself as well) So please if you’re feeling sick in the slightest let me know. 4. One client per room so please don’t bring anyone else during your service, unless they need a caregiver. Hallways/waiting rooms will not be available until further notice. 5. I’ll be asking clients to sanitize or wash their hands when you enter the studio. I’ll have sanitizer, hand soap, Lysol etc. 6. If you have applied any box color to your hair and are wanting any dimensional color/lifting to a lighter color you’ll have to book for a color correction. That way it gives me the appropriate amount of time to properly do the service. 7. At this time Lip or Chin waxing and beard trims will not be available due to clients have to wear a mask at all times during their service. 8. At this time certain supplies are still out of stock and orders are being delayed by 7-10days atleast, I will still be taking colors unless I run out of certain colors/products or orders aren’t coming in at time needed. In that case I would need to reschedule certain services for a later time. Im super grateful and super excited to see every single one of you! Cancellation Policy

I charge 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours for any chemical services and 2 hours for any other service.
